Creative Commons, -licensing concept created by Creative Commons that builds upon traditional copyright practices to define possibilities that exist between the standard
intellectual property,-Often abbreviated as IP, intellectual property refers to any property that is created using original thought.
copyright, -The legal right granted to an author, composer,
public domain, -Refers to any program that is not copyrighted.
freeware, -Copyrighted software given away for free by the author
shareware -Software distributed on the basis of an honor system
pen source, -Generically, open source refers to a program in which the source code is available to the general public for use and/or modification from its original design free of charge
attribution -assigning some quality or character to a person or thing
commercial use, -The definition of commercial use is broad, covering more than just obvious
